TROPACK Packmittel GmbH does not have to do anything with DMF (Dimethylfumarat).

Lahnau, Germany – February 2010 – TROPACK Packmittel GmbH does not have to do anything with DMF (Dimethylfumarat) because, we do not have to do anything with DMF.

Our completely pollutant-free desiccators are the classic protection against damage caused by condensation in the areas of food products, pharmaceutical, diagnostic- and technical Industries simply through the absorbtion of humidity.

Despite its May 2009 prohibition by the European Union, DMF tainted goods - predominantly from the Far East - reach the counter and bring sales personnel and consumers in danger.

Against better knowledge, suppliers make a show of protection with desiccator, use however the highly-poisonous, substrate product against fungus, DMF.

Our Plea:

• he control mechanisms must be analyzed and questioned.
• At the import, logistics and commercial levels

In Germany, DIN standards, European Union-guidelines and US-FDA regulations determine the material and production method of desiccant bags and products used there in, so that environment and health are not exposed to risks.

By importing uncontrolled articles, all our efforts for “clean” products are endangered.

For our industry and for TROPACK Packmittel GmbH, terms such as pollutant-free, sustainable, food-compatible and domestic refuse-suitable, are fixed constituents of our philosophy. We assure our claim to quality with regular DIN/ISO certification.

Whereupon industry and trade can rely just like the consumers.
